This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint case No. 14C of 2014, disclosing offences under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the decision of this Court in case of Salim Ansari and others vs. State of Bihar and others reported in 2015(3) BBCJ 53, submits that the petitioner will appear before the learned S.D.J.M., Nalanda in connection with Complaint Case No. 14C/2014 and seek regular
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32074 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 bail. If he does so, within three weeks from today, the Court below shall be obliged to dispose of the same in accordance with law laid down by this Court in case of Salim Ansari and others (supra) on the same day.
