The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.525 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 325/326/307/342/504/506/34 of the IPC. The prosecution case in short is that due to some dispute over playing of music during 'Chatth Puja' this petitioner along with other co-accused persons entered into the house of the informant and abused him. When informant's son asked to stop music, they inserted knife in his stomach and chest and attacked incessantly.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. No offence as alleged has ever taken

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29957 of 2021(3) dt.28-10-2021 2/2 place. He has been falsely implicated in this case without any circumstantial evidence. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in custody since 22.11.2020.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, as such, prayer for bail of the petitioner named above is hereby rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
