This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41303 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence the case number and the name of the Court in the prayer portion of the application for bail was wrongly typed as "Bikram P.S. Case No. 313 of 2020 to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Patna" in place of "Fatuha P.S. Case No. 39 of 2021 to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Patna City" and accordingly the same mistake crept up in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20623 of 2022(2) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 order granting bail.

In view of the above, let the words "Bikram P.S. Case No. 313 of 2020 to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Patna" mentioned in the last paragraph of the order be read as "Fatuha P.S. Case No. 39 of 2021 to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Patna City".

The time granted for surrender is also extended by four weeks from today.

The order dated 24.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41303 of 2021 is modified to the above extent. The application stands disposed of.
