JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No. 567 of 2017 registered under Sections 365 and 366A of the Indian penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that informant's daughter was in love relationship with the petitioners' son and they eloped and they wanted to marry and this fact is revealed from statement of the girl, recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and the Medical Board assessed the age of the girl in between 18-19 years and the son of petitioners, Md. Ayub Bakkho has been admitted to bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 12.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 964 of 2018. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Sakeem Bakkho and Tara Khatoon are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 567 of 2017.
