JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2023 The learned counsel for the respondent- State Sri Sajid Salim Khan (SC 25) has used his good offices to ensure that ex-gratia compensation amount to the tune of Rs. 4,50,000/- stands paid to the petitioner, in lieu of untimely death of his father due to Covid-19 infection. It is submitted that a sum of Rs. 4,50,000/- has already stood transferred in the account of the petitioner, hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present case.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if
