Patna High Court LPA No.1455 of 2016 dt.11-09-2017 2/2 In the matter of allocation of petroleum outlet and dealership to the petitioner finding that to be suppression of fact with regard to income of the petitioner's wife and after discussion in detail, the manner in which the income was derived by the petitioner, in paras 4 and 5, the learned Writ Court has dismissed the writ petition and we see no error in the order warranting reconsideration. The allocation was to be made to the persons belonging to weaker section and whose annual income was less than Rs.2,00,000/-. The petitioner has suppressed the annual income of his wife which was more than Rs.2,00,000/-.

The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
