Petitioner seeks bail in P.R. Case No.350 of 2020 corresponding to Special Case No.881 of 2020 registered under sections 30(a) and 56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant on secret information intercepted a motorcycle and from the bag tied on the motorcycle, 80 litres country made liquor was recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 24.01.2020. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three and half months for recovery of 80 litres country made liquor.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
