Patna High Court MJC No.889 of 2020(8) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 ORAL ORDER 18-05-2022 A supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 3, the Municipal Commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Sasaram. Mr. Shekhar Anand, the Municipal Commissioner is present in-person.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has received the copy of supplementary show cause and agrees that the order of which the contempt has been alleged stands complied with. Learned counsel has, however, pointed out that now in pursuance of the issuance of work order, in terms of one of the conditions mentioned therein the agreement must be executed within a reasonable time. The Municipal Commissioner has assured this Court that the agreement will be executed within one week from today.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, this contempt application is dropped.
