2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ramgarh Chowk P.S. Case No. 217 / 2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2),109(1),303(2),351(2),352,3(5), of the BNS.

3. As per the allegations made in the FIR, the petitioner, who is the father-in-law of the informant, assaulted the informant and her husband on account of their having solemnized a love marriage, as a result of which, the informant's head got fractured.

4. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner in the FIR and the fact that the petitioner has four criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed.
