In the present writ petition, petitioner is challenging the impugned notice-cum-letter no.384 dated 5.5.2016 as well as notice-cum-letter no.446 dated 5.5.2016 respectively issued by the District Manager, SFC, Kaimur, Bhabua for the financial year 2011-12 as well as 2012-13.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except Rs.3,89,210/- petitioner has paid all amount and he further submits that petitioner is ready to pay the rest amount. In such view of the matter, District Manager, SFC, Kaimur at Bhabua is directed to furnish the details of outstanding dues after proper conciliation of account.
Patna High Court CWJC No.10896 of 2016 (3) dt.03-08-2017 Whatever the amount comes out, the petitioner would pay the same within a period of one month and if finding comes that he has paid an extra amount then after reconciliation excess amount will be returned to him within same period. If petitioner fails to pay the amount after reconciliation the authority will be at liberty to take action against him in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation this writ petition is disposed of.
