JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-06-2015 The petitioner claims to have supplied the most of the required medicine within time. However, for supply of remaining medicines, which could not be done within the time period fixed, it submitted application for extension of time on 16.03.2015 and 20.03.2015. It is submitted that when the medicines were sought to be delivered on 29.03.2015, they were returned by the Store Keeper without assigning any reason. The petitioner claims to have represented to the Civil Surgeon vide Annexure-5 dated 29.03.2015 then again on 02.05.2015 to the Principal Secretary, however, it is

In above view of the mater, this writ application is being disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to once again approach the respondent no.3, i.e., the Director-in-Chief, Department of Health, Government of Bihar by filing a fresh representation along with the necessary documents etc. and a copy of this order. If such representation is filed, let the Director-in-Chief take a decision on its own merit in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of its filing.
