The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 250 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 15 litres of whisky and 82 litres of country made liquor recovered from the cow shed of accused Binod Rai.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent, the said Binod Rai who is the main accused has already been enlarged on bail, the petitioner has a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 10.10.2017. Considering the nature of accusation, the period of
