The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that the petitioner entered into the house of the informant and tried to commit rape with the informant and when the informant made protest, the petitioner started abusing and assaulting her and threatened to kill her. The petitioner also snatched gold ear-ring and fled away. It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18846 of 2022(2) dt.20-09-2022 2/2 petitioner that in the background of some previous dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. There is no injury report on record. Moreover, for the alleged occurrence of 22.10.2021, the F.I.R has been registered on 23.10.2021.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sikta P.S. Case No. 115 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
