Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has questioned his transfer order bearing Memo No. 902 dated 28.6.2016. A period of more than a year has gone-by and yet the petitioner has not joined. Let the petitioner first join the transferred place of posting, whereafter he shall be at liberty to file a representation before the appropriate authority raising his grievance as raised herein.

It goes without saying that should any such representation be filed by the petitioner before the authority

Patna High Court CWJC No.17954 of 2016 (2) dt.03-08-2017 concerned, it should be disposed of in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order. With the aforementioned observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
