Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 120B, 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 16, 20, 22, 23 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2018. A loaded country made pistol and a stolen motorcycle was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17052 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018 arising out of Motihari Town Police Station Case No. 608 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
