2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 303(2), 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, these petitioners took Rs. 6 lacs from the informant in order to register one katha land in his favour but after lapse of five months, petitioners refused to register land in favour of the informant and failed to return the

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners disputes the alleged amount and submits that only Rs. 1,52,301/- was transferred by the informant through UPI and petitioners are ready to refund the same. Furthermore, learned counsel for the petitioners handed over the demand draft bearing no. 169630 issued by Canara Bank, Hilsa of Rs. 1,55,000/- to learned counsel for the informant, in the name of informant Santosh Kumar S/o Murari Sharma, in the Court today.

5. Learned counsel for the informant did not oppose and received the aforesaid demand draft.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Pirbahor P. S. Case No. 697 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita.
