The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 318 of 2013 for the offence punishable under Section 366A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the specific allegation made against the petitioner by the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C., I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
