2. The present writ application has been filed for issuance of a direction upon the respondents for fair, proper, independent and further investigation of the petitioner's case through the Criminal Investigation Department to conduct time bound investigation of the case and to monitor the investigation of the same case for which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case and to immediately remove the
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.471 of 2025(2) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 fake id and pictures of the petitioner from all the social media and internet.
3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that final report has been submitted as there was lack of evidence.
4. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to press her protest petition, if already filed and if no protest petition has been filed she can file a protest petition and press the same which shall be considered by the Magistrate in accordance with law.
5. It is further observed that the protest petition can be considered only if the final report has not been accepted. (Sandeep Kumar, J) shikha/- U
