The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 182 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is an old lady and has been living separately from her son (husband of the deceased ) and is also separate from mess and property.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner above named , in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be

No.38290 of 2014 (3) dt.15-04-2015 enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 182 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.. '
