ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner, being a lady, is apprehending her arrest in connection with Kadirganj P.S. Case No.100 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that evidently the deceased fell into the well and the petitioner has no role to play in the same.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also the fact that the husband of the petitioner is already in custody, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29935 of 2015 (3) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masauri, Patna, in connection with Kadirganj P.S. Case No.100 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
