The present writ application has been filed for payment of entire retiral dues along with insurance amount with interest to the petitioner.

The petitioner was appointed as Amin on 29.7.1975, in the District Establishment Section at Bhojpur, Ara and subsequently, the petitioner was deputed in the Municipal Corporation on 11.9.2004. Faced with health problems, he remained absent for some time and rejoined on 22.9.2014 and ultimately retired on 31.3.2015.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the retiral dues of the petitioner have already been paid.

Learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to file representation before the concerned authorities for payment of interest on the retiral dues of the petitioner from the date it actually fell due to the date of its actual payment. It is expected from the respondent authorities to dispose of the representation of the petitioner with reasoned order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

This writ application is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
