Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. A country made loaded pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.07.2017. Investigation is already complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61331 of 2017 (3) dt.08-03-2018 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Town Police Station Case No. 515 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
