Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Codeand Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Informant in his written complaint has alleged that on 20.10.2018 at about 10:30 am he collected Rs. 6,64,600/- on petrol pump and was going to deposit the same in the Central Bank and as he reached the main gate of Bank, four unidentified miscreants boarded on two motorcycles made blank fire and one of the accused hit on his chest by the butt of pistol and took away the bag containing cash of Rs.

No incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has been implicated in this case on the basis of information given by Spy. Except his own confession there is no any other incriminating material against him. Chargesheet has already been submitted in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 627 of 2018, with following conditions:- (1)Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.

(2) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the court and shall remain physically present as directed by the Court and his absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his bail bond shall be cancelled by the court below.

(3) If the petitioner tampers with the
