JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-05-2019 This application has been filed against the order dated 3.1.2019 passed by the Sessions Judge, Jamui in Cr. Misc. (Transfer) Petition no.86/2018 for transfer of S.T.No.347 of 2005 arising out of Jamui P.S.Case no.67 of 2004 whereby and whereunder the petition for transfer of Sessions Trial No.347

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23456 of 2019(3) dt.14-05-2019 2/2 of 2005 from the Fast Track Court no.1 to any other court has been dismissed.

The grounds for transfer is that the petitioner has lost faith in court, however, no document or any other materials have been produced in support of the aforesaid apprehension. Further it appears that the learned Sessions Judge has dismissed the petition showing as baseless and further stated that the case is 10 years old and now the case is pending at the stage of argument, as such the present application has been filed. In view of the above facts, I find no merit in this application.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
