2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khaira P.S Case No. 513 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 34 of Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the allegation in the FIR, the petitioner is said to have assaulted on the back of the head of the informant by means of iron rod.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. He further submits that the petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and this case was filed only to harass and humiliate the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR, impugned order, injury report and compromise petition filed before the trial court. The injury caused to the victim is simple in nature and both the parties have amicably settled the matter before the learned trial court and a compromise petition dated 01.02.2024 has been filed. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S Case No. 513 of 2023 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
