JUSTICE AJIT KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-06-2026 Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed except the benefit of ACP and interest on the delayed payment for which he seeks liberty of this Court to make representation before the authority concerned.
2. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to ventilate his grievances with regard to grant of ACP and delayed interest in view of the Government Circular as contained in Memo No. P.C.-2-1-46/79/3155 dated 07.11.1981 by way of filing representation before the authority concerned within a
Patna High Court CWJC No.4356 of 2025(6) dt.18-06-2026 2/2 period of three weeks from today.
3. Upon filing of such representation by the petitioner with regard to the grant of ACP and delayed interest, the authority concerned shall examine the same and, if the claim of the petitioner is found to be admissible, shall take an appropriate decision within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the representation.
4. With the aforementioned observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
