2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ application to enable him to move before the State Appellate
Patna High Court CWJC No.9967 of 2016 dt.03-08-2017 2/2 Authority (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority') against the order impugned dated 24.05.2016 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Begusarai in Appeal No. 24 of 2013.
3. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
