This is an application for regular bail in connection with Govindganj (Malahi) P. S. Case No. 166 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/5 of the Explosive Substances Act. Informant Bhanu Kumar gave a written application to the S.H.O. Malahi Police Station on 03.07.2017 at about 6:30 A.M. to the effect that when he along with his father was going to open his Stone-Chips and Sand Shop, he found a plastic bag in which a cooker was wrapped with tape having electric wire. Upon which FIR was drawn against unknown persons. Petitioner was apprehended on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused and he is in custody since

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Govindganj (Malahi) P.S. Case No. 166 of 2017.
