The petitioner nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 312, 498(A), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and it is a case under Section 498A read with other allied Sections of the I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It is further submitted that the petitioner no.1 is father-in-law, petitioner no.2 is mother-in-law, petitioner no.3 is brother-in-law and petitioner no.4 is sister-in-law of the informant and even the husband of the informant is availing his remedy available in law. Learned counsel further submits that from perusal of the allegations as alleged in the F.I.R. it would manifest that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioner nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Barh P.S. Case No.
