2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 446 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 118, 109, 3(5), 61 (1) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of causing gunshot injury to the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the direct allegation and the injury report, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17363 of 2025(4) dt.23-07-2025 2/2 Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.

7. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
