The allegation so made against the petitioners is also made out from the kind of injury caused upon the informant and other persons, which has been taken note of in the order of rejection by the learned Sessions Judge, Siwan. If that be so, there cannot be false implication of the petitioners. Anticipatory bail application of the petitioners is hereby rejected in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 185 of 2014 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan. Let the petitioners surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit.
