Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304 (B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law and the petitioner no.2 is the mother-in-law of informant's daughter (deceased). Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are separate in mess and business. Thrust of allegation is against the husband of

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 522 of 2022/G.R. Case No. 6539 of 2022 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
