The primary reason for the Court to reject the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is that he has refused to abide by the direction of the Municipal Corporation not to indulge in any construction after prohibition order. However, rejection of anticipatory bail will not come in the way of the petitioner for praying for regular bail, which will be considered on its own merit.

Looking at the nature of the allegation since most of the offences are said to be bailbale except Section 420, anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected in connection with S.K. Puri P.S. Case No. 171 of 2014 pending in the Court of Sri Ashutosh Khetan, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna.
