ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 26.05.2018 in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.282 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307, 447, 448, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case with injuries having been inflicted on both sides. It is further submitted that the injuries purported to have been caused are not by the present two petitioners and the only allegation against petitioner no.1 is that he snatched some money whereas with regard to petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45876 of 2018 (2) dt.08-08-2018 2/2 no.2, it has been alleged that he had a country-made pistol and was threatening the informant's side.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the nature of dispute between the parties and that there is only one case against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.282 of 2018.
