JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/order or direction particularly in the nature of writ of certiorary for quashing of the order dated 22.07.2014 passed by the Sarpanch. Ranipur Rampurwa Gram cutcherry whereby and whereunder employment of the writ petitioner from the post of Nyay Sachiv has been cancelled without any notice and enquiry.

The writ petitioner prays for reinstatement in the event of quashing of the impugned order dated 22.07.2014."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.15629 of 2014(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate appeal under Rule 13 of the Bihar Gram Katchahry Sachiv (Employment Service Conditions and Duties) Rules, 2007. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed, within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same on merits, without being impeded by issue of limitation and shall pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, forthwith. The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
