JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 187 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. In this case, case diary was called for.

Considering the materials available on record, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of bail is rejected. However, if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months, the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
