Mr. Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner, while accepting that at present the petitioner has no grievance subsisting, yet submits that since the In-charge Medical Officer, Roh was at the centre of things for the entire exercise resulting in the present writ petition, the petitioner apprehends difficult times ahead at the hands of the In-charge Medical Officer.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that even though the petitioner had reasons to move this writ petition but the issues have been settled and in the
Patna High Court CWJC No.18154 of 2016 (2) dt.03-08-2017 opinion of the Civil Surgeon cum Chief Medical Officer, Nawadah, it was the In-charge Medical Officer, Roh defaulting and no fault lay with the petitioner, I deem it proper to dispose of the writ petition with the liberty to the petitioner to raise her grievance in case she feels harassed by the In-charge Medical Officer, before the Civil Surgeon cum Chief Medical Officer, Nawadah if the occasion would so arise.
With the aforementioned liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
