Petitioner is said to have cheated the informant of Rs.

1.50 lacs for providing him employment in Azad News Channel. Petitioner is not an employee of the said news channel, if the informant has chosen to pay any amount to him, informant has to blame himself.

Let the petitioner, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below and thereafter be admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,
