Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhabua P.S.Case No. 348 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379 and 342/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioner is of abduction of son of the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is Nandosi of informant and the whole allegation is false and concocted as one case has been lodged by Gotni of the informant under Section 498A IPC in which petitioner has supported her Gotni due to which he has falsely been implicated in this case.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Bhabua P.S.Case No. 348 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
