The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 141 of 2019 dated 06.07.2019 registered for the offences under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. He is stated to be in custody since 08.08.2019.

It appears from the First Information Report that one Randhir Rai was arrested and from his possession a country made pistol and two cartridges were recovered. The aforesaid Randhir Rai has disclosed the name of the petitioner leading to his implication in the present case.
