JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No. 286 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that co-accused, Firoz being brother in law of the petitioner visited the house of the petitioner by Scorpio vehicle and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46363 of 2013 (3) dt.02-02-2015 surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in Kadwa P.S.
