The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 356 of 2017 dated 21.10.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 9.600 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from behind the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the place whom where the liquor has been recovered, does not belong to him and he has falsely been implicated in the present case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60577 of 2017 (3) dt.22-12-2017 2/2 The petitioner is in custody since 21.10.2017 and in the other two cases in which he has been made accused, he is on bail.

In the facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S.
