JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2023 At the outset, the learned senior counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the order dated 24.02.2023 passed by the Circle Officer, Sakra, District-Muzaffarpur in connection with Encroachment Case No. 1 of 2021-22, by filing appropriate appeal, however, seeks a direction

Patna High Court CWJC No.4669 of 2023(3) dt.27-06-2023 2/2 upon the appellate authority to hear and dispose off the appeal expeditiously. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be heard by the appellate authority on merits and shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
