The petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017, arising out of Durgawati P.S. Case No. 129 of 2017 dated 02.07.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(c), 25, 27(A) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985.

The petitioner was driving the vehicle, in which 11.5 kg ganja was kept. The owner of the vehicle, namely, Manoj Kumar has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 43994/2017 by order dated 17.11.2017.

Taking into account the fact that one of the inmates of the vehicle, from where 11.5 kg ganja were recovered, has been

The petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017, arising out of Durgawati P.S. Case No. 129 of 2017.
