The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No. 174 of 2013 registered under Sections-420, 409, 467, 468, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be advisor and his duty was only to promote the farmers for selling their paddy. Furthermore, it would appear from the inquiry report that it was Centre in-charge, who made the payment of paddy.
