2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 414 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354(a) of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act, lodged on 09.06.2023 by the informant Jyoti Devi.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that petitioner is a government teacher in Assam and when found the eight years old daughter alone in the year 2022, was sexually abused, this took place repeatedly. The daughter started keeping distance with the petitioner, upon enquiry, she gave the information which led to the F.I.R.

4. Though learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that his brother-in-law in unemployed and wanted money, refusal to do so, implicated.

5. Learned APP has taken this Court to the statement made by the victim girl, who is nine years old where she has supported the prosecution story.

6. Considering the submission of the parties, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
