====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Salaiya P.S.Case No. 29 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 304 (B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. allegation against the petitioners, who happen to be father-in-law and brother-in-law of the daughter of the informant ( deceased) is of killing the deceased due to non fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case and no specific

No.48148 of 2018 (2) dt.27-09-2018 2/3 allegation has been attributed against the petitioners and other coaccused persons, who is brother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased, have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 21.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47866 of 2018. Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant, who opposes the prayer for bail. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- ( Rupees Twenty five thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- VIII, Aurangabad in connection with Salaiya P.S.Case No. 29 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:- i) One of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court.

ii) The petitioners will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.

iii) It is made clear that if petitioners found involved in any of the like offences, in future,
