01-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Bounsi P.S. Case No. 315 of 2017 (S.T.No. 55 of 2021), registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, while the informant was returning after collecting cash of Rs. 1,26,000/- from various medical shops, four persons on two motorcycles snatched his bag and fled away with the aforesaid money.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner has transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Manoj Yadav, who has already been granted bail by this Court, vide Cr.Misc. No. 41600 of 2018, as stated in paragraph 11 of the bail petition. No looted amount has been recovered from the possession of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29264 of 2021(3) dt.01-12-2021 2/2 this petitioner. Till date, no T.I.P. has been held and petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2020.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Banka in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 315 of 2017 (S.T.No. 55 of 2021).
