The petitioner is the father-in-law who is in custody since 24.06.2017 in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 98/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328/304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier case diary was called for along with the viscera report. Though the case diary has come, viscera report remains to be received.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a senior citizen and is already in custody for more than six months. He further submits that the husband of the deceased is already in custody.

Considering the period of custody and that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased lady, let the

No.61006 of 2017 (4) dt.19-01-2018 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 98/2017.
