2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 380 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80 and 3(5)of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The petitioner is the cousin father-in-law (Chachara Bhashur) of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 22.12.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned Court in connection with Patepur P.S.
